I should call it soil cress as grown as grown in soil not not water, same variety as watercress, so you can not tell the difference, deliciously hot peppery fresh cress. Bunch approx 150g. Bunched to save plastic, store in a sealed container on delivery or keep in a jar of water in fridge.
